We kinda got hit smack dab in the face with some serious coldness hey? Ick… the good news is, we got our sign up! Finally.
Have you been to the new store Anthology? They sell Avoca, my favorite Irish brand, so you know it’s a winner of a place. I got to pop in on a joyous little lunch date.
This kind of thing excites me … should I be worried?
Mmm – I made a sausage/sweet potato/kale soup with goat cheese and buttermilk biscuits. The best part was the delicious home-made sausage from Dane’s dad – mouthwatering.
Saturday experiment at the office – chalkboard logo. This wall has a lot more in store for it.
Prepping another chalkboard wall.
I wanted to have a big massive map of our railroads in one room. This picture makes it look much blotchier than it is in real life, but I still decided this will be a first draft. The “prepping” step actually kind of ruined the wall. Think I’ll do clean black and clear cut chalk like the logo wall. But the good news is I sorta figured out the sizing and stuff.
Skate shopping & watching my boyfriend play hockey.
He wanted to get some proof of the stash so I happily agreed because I knew it would soon be gone :)
Sweet little Ashlyn ripping through Chapters while the rest of us chatted away.
I tried to make these avocado cookies – I was missing one ingredient and didn’t think it would matter but clearly I don’t know much. It was chocolate soup on a cookie pan :(
And the view on the way to work this morning. Looovely.
